*when placing an order by telephone or in the retail/wholesale shop you will need the unqiue voucher number that will be issued and the order reference number given with the email confirmation for validation. The purchasers email address may also be used if the reference number is not known.
Please Note :
1) Each voucher has a unique number which you can use to redeem them only once.
2) Vouchers can be accepted in part payment for any goods but cannot be accepted for orders less than the value of vouchers redeemed. i.e. we cannot give change.

The unique number will be validated once the confirmation email has been sent to you after the payment has been processed. If you wish to print the voucher out then please click the link in your email confirmation. You may need to disable any spam filters or blockers to allow the link to work!
4) We currently do not send out any vouchers by post, you may notice that you will not be charged a postage cost in the final payment screen, this system will be changed shortly to help if the vouchers are bought as a gift!
