The round nose pliers have two round shaped jaws which are used for making loops, mostly on earring wires. Round nose pliers are an essential tool for wire workers and tiara makers!

The flat nose pliers are excellent for crimping and manipulating wire, as well as holding jewellery pieces. The flat nose pliers have a squared chunky jaw which will help to make angular shapes in your wire.
The wire cutters speak for themselves, used to cut soft wire, like our plated wire.
These cutters will cut beadalon wire but it is difficult, please remember these are hobby cutters and not top spec. cutters. For thin threads we suggest that you use scissors.
(These cutters are not for memory wire as this will ruin the jaws - see memory wire cutters)
These pliers are refered to as chain nose.
Chain nose pliers are defined by the shape of the outter jaw. Chain nose pliers have a rounded outter jaw which is also tapered towards the tip of the jaw, where as flat nose pliers have a squared outter jaw that does not taper.
These chain nose pliers also have a cutter on the inner part of the jaw, these cutters will cut soft wire, like our plated wire as well as headpins and eyepins, however these cutters are not for memory wire as this will ruin the jaws - see memory wire cutters)
These minature pliers come as a set of four pairs. Flat Nose (top), Round Nose (Upper Middle), Chain Nose (Lower Middle) and Cutters (Bottom). These pliers are excellent for doing very intricate work as the jaws are small, however not everyone will be able to use them due to their size.
These minature pliers are half the size of our normal hobby pliers.
These pliers are sold as a set and cannot be sold separately - sorry!
Please note that the cutters in this set are hobby cutters and will not cutter everything! We have tested them and found that they will cut soft wire, like our plated wire up to 0.8mm thick. These cutters will not cut beadalon wire or very thin thread. We recommend using the professional cutters for these threads.
