Ordering Info

You can place your order either online, or over the telephone on 0115 9588 899.

Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after that time will be despatched the following day. On a Saturday the cut off time is 9am, and so any orders placed after that time will be despatched on the following Monday.

Delivery options include Royal Mail First Class delivery, and Next Working Day delivery. For details of our postage charges, please see the delivery page.

Although the vast majority of UK orders arrive the next day (3-5 days for overseas orders) please allow 28 days for delivery (unless you have chosen the Next Working Day delivery option).
