The Beadworkers Guild Introduction to Beadwork: Necklaces is the latest and third of a series of books being produced by the Beadworkers Guild. This book is designed for both the beginner and expert beader. The idea is to further develop the stitches in learnt in the first two books in the series. You don't have to read either of the first two books as this one has a section devoted to each stitch. The projects create braids, lariats, collars, chokers and various ropes and are accompanied with hand drawn diagrams and colour pictures to show the finished items. There are easy and more advanced projects to follow, however we feel that this book is excellent for those who want to do something different with each of the beadweaving stitches. This book is spiral bound, which makes it easy to use whilst beading – it doesn't keep closing on itself and you don't have to hold it open – very handy!
