How to Leaflet
To begin with we have a 'How to Leaflet' that customers are free to take when they visit the shop! Just click the image below and if you have adobe acrobat reader installed it will automatically open.

We don't mind if you want to print this 'How to Leaflet' for your own personal use.

Stitch Grids
Beadweaving can be a difficult job if you are using or creating new patterns. If you have the time and patience, a computer and a printer then you can make your designing a little easier by drawing you own stitch grids.
For those who wouldn't want to do this, we have already done it for you! Below are PDF's of the more popular stitch grids that should help you to design your beadweaving pattern. |
Beadlooms
When beading on a loom you can use every day graph paper, if you don't have graph paper then please feel free to download and print ours!
(Click the image, it will open in Acrobat reader and then you can print it out!)
The grid here is A4 size, the actual squares measure 7mm x 7mm and there are 27 columns across the page and 39 rows down the length of the page.

Brick Stitch Grid

Each brick stitch row is off centre to the next, giving the impression of a brick wall. The rows are not numbered, we have left this up to you to do. This means you can start anywhere on the page.
(Click the image, it will open in Acrobat reader and then you can print it out!)
The grid here is A4 size, the actual squares measure 3.5mm x 7mm and there are 61 squares (beads) across the page (in a row) and there are 46 rows down the length of the page.

Peyote Stitch Grid
Those who know their stitches will know that if you turn the brick stitch grid on it's side (by 90 degrees), you get a peyote stitch grid. You can do that if you wish but it's just as easy to click the image on the right. The rows are not numbered, we have left this up to you to do. This means you can start anywhere on the page.
(Click the image, it will open in Acrobat reader and then you can print it out!)
The grid here is A4 size, the actual squares measure 7mm x 3.5mm and there are 31 squares (beads) across the page (in a row), there are also 157 rows down the length of the page. |
