The wire we stock is suitable for all craft and jewellery purposes. The silver and gold plated wire has a brass core before plating. 0.2mm is perfect for freeform lace effects on tiaras,0.4mm is a slightly more substantial gauge which holds glass beads well, 0.6mm is good for making eyepins and findings, 0.8mm & 1.0mm are perfect for wigjig, 1.2 and 1.5 can be used to create your own tiara base and choker necklaces. Gold Plated Wire
Our gold plated wire is a little more expensive and does not come in the same lengths as the other wires. The diameters range from 0.2mm to 1.2mm.
Our brass wire comes in the same lengths as the silver plated wire and the same diameter range as the copper wire (0.4mm - 1.0mm). This is brass wire and not a coloured or plated core wire.
The copper wire we stock is available in diameters ranging from 0.4mm to 1.0mm. The lengths are the same as the silver plated and brass wire. This is copper wire and not a coloured or plated core wire.

The coloured wire that we stock is available in 12 colours and in two diameters, 0.3mm and 0.6mm. Top Row; Red, Pink, Orange, Yellow, Flo.Green & Olive Botton Row; Emerald, Turquoise, Navy Blue, Lilac (looks greyish), Gun Metal (looks greenish) and Black.

These 30mm x 22mm small reels of wire have aproximately 22m length of fine wire. These silver and gold coloured brass wire reels are 34 gauge (0.16mm). This fine wire would be ideal for wrapping tiara bands, making small flowers or card making. They are £1.05 each or 12 for £8.50
