10mm Large Hole Round Natural Wooden Beads

Description

These 10mm Large Hole Wooden Beads are untreated and unvarnished wooden beads. They measure 10mm in diameter. They have a hole which is approximately 4mm which runs through the centre of the bead, which is 2mm larger than the other 10mm natural wood that we stock. Making them perfect for Macrame and other projects that require thick cords.

These 10mm Large Hole Wooden Beads are ideal for painting, varnishing or dying yourself. Being unvarnished they absorb colour well.

The 10mm Large Hole Round Natural Plain Wooden Beads are ideal for use in Macrame projects as you can thread the 4mm cotton cord though the hole.
Here’s a great tip for threading beads onto thick cotton cord; use tape at the end (I prefer masking tape). Simply wrap a small piece around the end of your cord, then twist it slightly into a point. It should go through the beads with ease. See the additional image.
