Description

Miyuki Delica DB214 Opaque Red Lustre Delica beads are precision made, cylinder-shaped bead. As these are all uniform in size and shape they fit together perfectly when woven.  This makes them ideal for bead weaving projects, for example using peyote or brick stitch. With such a great variety of colours, they are ideal for any pattern or theme.

There are approx. 1000 beads per 5g of Miyuki Delica Size 11 DB214 Opaque Red Lustre. When strung on a single strand, 5g of beads are approximately 1.2m in length. These Delica beads measure approx. 1.5mm in diameter and 1.2mm in length.

These particular beads have a lustre finish, which gives the beads a lovely subtle pearly colour. The Opaque Red Lustre is a lovely bright shimmery red shade. Delica beads are great for lots of beading project in particular brick stitch and peyote stitch. Due to their uniform shape they are slot together perfectly in both of these stitching creating an incredibly neat finish. or the same reasons they work really well for beading on a loom too.
