Size 11 Haematite Seed Beads are a polished grey colour bead measuring approx. 2mm. The hole is approximately 0.8mm, and they are ideal for beaded jewellery and bead weaving.  Seed beads also known as rocailles are the most used type of glass seed beads. This due to their size and the quantity needed to complete most beading projects. Sold by weight, you get a lot of beads for your money!

Seed beads were created in Venice, Italy in the 15th century. These beads have been produced industrially in Bohemia since the 18th century by Preciosa Ornela in the Czech Republic.
