Size 11 Silver Lined Mix Seed Beads

These size 11 silver lined mix seed beads are manufactured by PRECIOSA in the Czech Republic. Seed beads also known as rocailles are the most commonly used glass bead, mainly for bead weaving projects. They were created in Venice, Italy in the 15th century. These Czech beads have been produced industrially in Bohemia since the 18th century.

These beads are sold by weight, you get a lot of beads for your money! Seed beads sizes are shown by numbers and the smaller the number the larger the bead. Seed beads are ideal for both stringing and bead weaving projects. This is probably due to their size as these beads measure 1.2mm in depth with a central hole measuring 0.8mm.
