Size 8 Silver Lined Mix Seed Beads

These size 8 silver lined mix seed beads are manufactured by PRECIOSA in the Czech Republic. Czech seed beads give you consistent size and shape for your beading.

Seed beads are small glass beads that ideal for both stringing and bead weaving projects. This is a mix of 7 colours that we stock in the silver lined affect. The silver is inside the lining of the hole that shows through the colour in the glass.

Seed bead size is referred to by numbers, these are size 8 or 8/0. The larger the number the smaller the bead. Size 13 seed beads are tiny. Most beaders use seed beads for bead weaving projects due to their size as these beads measure approximately 2mm x 3mm with a hole measuring approximately 0.8mm. That said you can also use them as spacer beads and for straightforward stringing.

As the holes are a generous size most of our beading threads and elastics will thread through the size 8 silver lined mix seed beads easily.
