Soft Touch heavy is another 49 strand beading wire from the Soft Flex company. This is the thickest and strongest of the Soft Touch range of beading threads and has a high breaking strain of 40lbs or 18Kg whilst only being 0.609mm diameter.

The Soft Touch is recommended for large stones, such as semi-precious and lampwork glass beads. Definitely a jewellery thread for the chunkiest and heaviest of jewellery pieces.
