Answer : If you are returning your entire order within 8 days of receiving it, we will give you a refund for the full amount debited from your card. Postage will not be refunded if only part of the order is returned for a refund. There are conditions that you have to satisfy for us to do this. If it is after the 8 day period, we will still offer a refund to any customer wishing to return goods for up to 30 days from placing their order. The only thing that isn’t refunded in this case is the original postage cost paid by you.

Exchanges – We are happy to exchange any goods that have not been used or opened. Please enclose your name, address, telephone number, the email address used when placing your order and of course the items that you would like to exchange, and the items you would like to exchange them for!
Please note that you are responsible for the goods return and the cost of postage. We will not charge further postage on goods that are exchanged.

Answer : No, I’m sorry, at present we only have the on-line catalogue from which you can purchase our products via our shopping cart and secure server. Our range increases so rapidly that any catalogue produced would be immediately out of date! We currently have over 2500 types of beads and it’s still growing.

Answer : The larger quantities, 100 or 1000, shown on the webpages are our wholesale prices. If you work out the unit cost in each case you will find the cost very low! Some products we can sell in larger quantities but you will have to email us or phone us with further questions.
