Ordering & Discount Info

A) When any customer in the UK spends over £30 on the website they will receive free shipping. The shopping cart will give you a chance to upgrade to 1st class, signed for or next day services for a small extra fee.

Spend over £100 your order will be sent via a tracked delivery service. This could be with a courier or the Royal mail.

If you sign up to our newsletter and you are a new customer you will be given a 10% discount code to use on your first order. You will then be first to know about new or limited offers, free projects and giveaways.

A) You have to spend £350 overall in one year (1st January to 31st December) to become a Premium customer. As a premium customer you will receive 15% off of all prices*, with a very few exceptions, on both the website and in the shop.

A) If you are a premium customer then you have to be logged in to your account, otherwise the shopping cart won’t know to give you the discount. Once logged in to the account and the website calculates that you are a premium customer all the prices you see will be with the discount applied.

A) When you login to your account the second option on the left hand side is ‘orders’. Click into this and you can see your previous invoices. At this time you would have to add up the orders between the 1st Jan – 31st Dec of one year to see if you have spent £350. We are working on creating a total spend for each year.

A) We have a loyalty stamp card in the shop that will give you £10 to spend once you have collected 20 stamps. You receive 1 stamp for every £5 you spend in the shop or wholesale department.
If you register as a customer in the shop this will also work on the website as we have integrated both systems. When you spend with us you have to ensure we put it on your account so we will be able to track your spending.

A) We have integrated both the shop and website systems so that we can now track your spending in the both the shop and online. When purchasing in the shop please tell us you have an account so that we use your account and record the order. You can always login to your account and view your purchases at any time. If you do place an online order, such as click and collect, please ensure you log in to your account before going through the checkout so that your spending can be recorded.

A) If you spend £350 this year your 15% discount will continue to the end of the following year. If you do not spend £350 within the following year then you will lose the premium status at the end of that year.

A) Premium customers will still get the free shipping on orders over £30 as described above but the 15% discount will be applied to any value order. It cannot be combined with any further offer given in newsletters or any other promotional material.

A) No unfortunately not. The premium status gives you 15% off and overrides the loyalty point scheme in the retail shop.

A) If you use the guest checkout we can link it to your account but you have to let us know you have done this. If you use the guest checkout and you are an premium customer the discount will not be applied to your order and cannot be back dated. Please sign in to your account!
