How long does it take for me to receive my order?

UK orders usually arrive in the next 1-3 days depending on the postage you select. Overseas orders take 3-20 days depending on location.

If you order before 1pm on a week day or 9am on a Saturday we will dispatch your order that day. We offer a range of delivery options including guaranteed next day. Occasionally items do get lost in the post we can re-send or refund your order 15 working days after it was sent (20 days for international items) as this is when the Royal Mail class it as lost and allow us to claim for the loss.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if it’s not what you wanted you are welcome to return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days but please return items in the same condition you received them.

If you return your entire order within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund the full amount debited from your card. Postage will not be refunded if only part of the order is returned or after 14 days. Please enclose either your original invoice or a copy of it.

If you have changed your mind about colour or size or just want to exchange for something else please enclose your order number and what you would like to swap for.

Unless the item is faulty you are responsible for the postage to return items to us and we’d always recommend getting a proof of postage.

How do I become a premium customer?

Spend £350 or more in a calendar year and receive 15% off all orders for the rest of the year and the following year.

The discount is applied automatically online, in the shop please ask to have an account set up. This discount is instead of the 10% off orders over £100 or loyalty points in the shop.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please give us a call on 0115 9588899 and as long as we haven’t already shipped you order we’ll change it for you. Outside working hours please email info@mailorder-beads.co.uk

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We are happy to ship to everywhere.

Will my items come in one package?

Yes, unless we are out of stock of an item and back order this for you. We would always contact you first.
