What we collect and Why? We collect the following information: When placing a mail order on our website or over the phone we require: name and address. For delivery purposes contact information including email address and phone number
Email address – to send confirmation or your order being received and despatched. We may use your email address or phone number to contact you should there be an issue with fulfilling your order.
How we store your Data
We require this information to process your orders placed through our website. The information is held using 128-bit encryption and used solely for processing orders placed either through our website or over the telephone. We never resell or redistribute customer information and we never purchase customer information for marketing purposes.
All users of our website have the opportunity to subscribe to our mailing list. Placing an order though our website does not automatically place you on our email subscription list. All customers will have to subscribe by using our on line sign up form.
When placing an order via our website you will have the option of creating an account, signing into your account or using guest checkout.
If you use guest check out we will only have a record of your order for a maximum of 12 months (other than information we have to provide to HMRC for VAT accounting. If you would like us to remove you sooner please get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you create an account this will track your total spend per year and see if you are eligible to become a premium customer and receive 15% off the following year’s orders (you can read about the premium customer accounts here). This is only possible if you have an account, the guest checkout option does not track total spending.
By having an account you can log in view past orders and the checkout process is much faster for you.
We use SagePay and PayPal to process our card payments.
