25mm Gold Plated Slide Connector with Extension Chain & Trigger Clasp

Description

The 25mm Gold Plated Slide Connector has a trigger (or lobster) clasp and Extension Chain already attached. This style of clasp is ideal for beadloom work and other beading projects, particularly bracelets and choker style necklaces.

This clasp works by sliding your project within the tube and capturing it by pushing the end closed. The simplicity of everything already being attached means you don’t need any other items to complete your bracelets. You can even push the end in place with you hand so no tools are required.
The clasps are particularly brilliant for bead loom work as they make finishing off all those fiddly threads at the end a thing of the past; Simply knot the warp ends in small groups and cut off the excess (leaving a small tail of thread). The tube part of the clasp will slide over the last row of beads as well as your knots, making everything tidy and neat.

The 25mm Gold Plated Slide Connector with Extension Chain & Trigger Clasp is 25mm wide and the internal diameter of the tube is 4.5mm.

We filmed a short video showing how these ends can be used to slide over your final row of beadwork. This example was a bracelet made on a jewel loom using size 11 seed beads. You could also use size 8 seed beads as they would also fit into the tube of the clasp.
