Our Sterling Silver Trio of Hearts Ear Studs have a 3 tiny little hearts spaced out in a curved line. The actual stud sits flat again your ear. These earrings are perfect for anyone who like a classic design with a slight twist. They’re simple and effective.

Our sterling silver Trio of Hearts Ear Studs are sold in pairs and come with scroll (butterfly) backs.  The stud is 16mm wide, 6mm high (overall) and 1mm thick. Each little heart is approximately 3mm wide. The post, which sits behind the central heart is 11mm long and has the 925 sterling silver stamp half way along.

Sterling Silver (or STS) is an alloy of silver containing 925/1000 parts silver and 75/1000 other metals, which is usually copper. The sterling silver standard (and why sterling silver has 925 stamped on it) has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925. Fine Silver has 999. The other metals in sterling silver help give it strength which is why it is used for making delicate items such as small jewellery items.
