Make a Simple Bead Strung Necklace

We have a lot of customers, new to jewellery making, creating lovely simple necklaces recently, mostly using seed beads, with a few feature beads or a charm added in. Which has led to a lot of simpler questions being asked of us, which wire to use and how to you finish off the ends. So I have filmed a simple video showing how to create a necklace like this, including how to attach necklace ends.

These necklaces are easy to customise and personalise. Just with a change of charm, or the colour and size of the beads you can adapt them to match different outfits of to create the perfect gift for a friend.

I had plenty of size 8 seed beads in 10g pack to make these short necklaces. The charms and decorative spacer beads are optional and can be swapped for one the many other charms we stock.

Findings & wire Used

These can be chosen in whichever plating or material suits your colour palette or the recipients preferences. I used Silver plated in the video, you could go for Gold plated, black, rose
