6mm Faceted Czech Glass White Opal – 100

Description

The Czech Republic is probably the largest producer of glass beads in the world, these are 6mm in diametre with a 1mm hole. The facets in this glass bead is cut by machine and are very angular with sharp definition.
Fire polished is the term given to faceted glass. The beads are then placed back into a kiln to allow the facets to melt slightly to give them a rounded shiny appearance which is why they are called fire-polished.

White Opal is a translucent white milky colour.
