The Gold Fill 3mm Crimp Cover can add a professional, polished look to designs.  Simply use flat nose pliers or the outer jaw of your Mighty Crimpers to close the cover over a Crimp Bead/Tube to finish off your project.

Gold fill components are made of a layer of 14 karat gold bonded on to a brass or copper core.  The gold layer is 50 to 100,000 times thicker than the coating on gold plated items and should last a lifetime. It is an excellent affordable alternative to pure gold, and can usually be worn by people with base metal allergies. It is also often referred to as 14/20 GF meaning that 1/20th of the items weight is 14k gold.
