We’ve decided to see how helpful AI can be

I know for many AI immediately brings up thoughts of robots taking over our lives. However we’ve decided to see how helpful AI can be in aiding us with some of our website Category descriptions – it can become a tedious task especially when you stock so many different (and sometimes very similar) items. You have to strike the right balance and ask quite specific questions in order to get appropriate results. However getting to that stage has produced some highly entertaining descriptions… too good not to share with you! We’ve all been having a good laugh and given we’re approaching the end of January I thought we could all do with a bit of amusement!

First of all Robin asked “can you write me an SEO product category description for an e-commerce website for size 3 glass seed beads on the bead shop Nottingham limited website in a British friendly tone and their uses and comparable size to other seed beads”

We’ve decided to see how helpful AI can be

The AI result: Size 3 Seed Beads: The Chunky Chaps for Big & Bold Beading!

Calling all beading buddies who crave a bit of chunk in their creations! Size 3 seed beads are the beefy bruisers of the bead world, packing a punch of 5.5mm in diameter. Think of them as the Marmite of beads – you’ll either love their hefty presence or stick to the smaller nibblers. But for those who like to make a statement, Size 3s are your new best mates.

What’s the crack with Size 3s?

  • Big and bold: These bad boys are like the Winston Churchill of seed beads – commanding attention with their sheer presence. They’re perfect for statement jewellery, chunky bracelets, and adding a touch of drama to your beadwork.
  • Easy to thread: With their larger holes, even clumsy fingers (like mine!) can thread these beauties with ease. No more squinting and cursing at tiny apertures – just grab your needle and get threading!
  • Versatility galore: Don’t let their size fool you, these chunky chaps are surprisingly versatile. String them up for necklaces and bracelets, use them as spacers for a pop of texture, or even try your hand at some chunky bead weaving. The possibilities are endless!

Size matters (a bit):

Wondering how Size 3s stack up against their smaller seedy brethren? Here’s a quick rundown:

  • Size 6/0: These little nibblers are like the shy mice of the bead world – perfect for delicate details and intricate beadwork. Think dainty earrings and intricate peyote stitch patterns.
  • Size 5/0: A happy medium, these beads are like the friendly squirrels of the bunch – not too big, not too small, just right for most projects. Think necklaces, bracelets, and anything that needs a bit more oomph than Size 6/0.
  • Size 3: And here we are, the chunky chipmunks! Bold, beautiful, and ready to make a statement. Think chunky jewellery, statement pieces, and anything that needs a hefty dose of beady swagger.

So, are Size 3 seed beads for you?

If you’re a beading badass who loves to make a statement, then these chunky chaps are your new go-to. They’re easy to use, versatile, and pack a punch of personality. Just remember, they’re not for the faint of heart – embrace the chunk and let your beading flag fly!

Having fun…

Oh, we were really chuckled at that… however Robin wasn’t done, after a few other attempts to get the right tone, he ended up asking  for the same thing in a Cockney accent, mostly for his own amusement by this point, the AI result:

Right then, listen up me old mucker’s! You been itchin’ for a bit of bling that ain’t gonna break the bank, right? Well, step right up and feast your peepers on our Size 3 Glass Seed Beads! These little blighters are like the lovechild of a gobstopper and a sequin, comin’ in at around 5.5mm – bigger than a regular seed bead, but not so big they’ll weigh you down like a bag o’ spanners. Think of ’em as the chunky chips to the regular fries of beadin’ world.

Now, size ain’t everything, but with these bad boys, you get bang for your buck. They come in more colours than a Joseph coat splashed in a paintfight, from pearly whites to cheeky neon pinks. Got a hankerin’ for somethin’ sparkly? We got crystal AB that’ll glisten like a disco ball after a polish. Want somethin’ more chill? We got opaque shades that’ll add a touch of class like a velvet cushion in a geezer’s gaff.

So, what can you do with these beauties? Well, the possibilities are endless, like a pie and mash with all the trimmings. String ’em up for a necklace that’ll have ’em sayin’ “cor blimey!”, stitch ’em onto a bag that’ll make Mary Poppins jealous, or use ’em as spacers to break up those boring old beads you got stashed in the cupboard. They’re like a cheeky wink to your jewellery, addin’ a bit of character that’ll make it sing like a canary on a sunny day.

And if you’re wonderin’ how they compare to the other seed beads we’ve got hangin’ around, think of it like this: Size 6 are like tiny little shrimps, fiddly and hard to grab. Size 8 are like peas, good for a bit of bite, but not enough to fill you up. Size 3, though? They’re like juicy plums, just the right size to get your creative juices flowin’.

So, come on then, don’t be a mug! Grab a bag of these beauties and get your craft on. You’ll be knockin’ out masterpieces in no time, and your mates will be beggin’ to know your secret. Just remember, it all started with a bag of Size 3 Glass Seed Beads from The Bead Shop Nottingham. Now that’s what I call a right proper result!

Already funny enough, now imagine it was Danny Dyer reading it (selling beads on Albert Square market)!!!

Who knew editing the website could be so entertaining. Well I hope this has amused you as much as it did us. I think our use of AI might need some further fine tuning though!
