Make a beaded Christmas cracker

Here’s a fun festive freebie for you this Christmas & it’s a cracker of a project, quite literally! Learn how to make a Brick Stitch beaded Christmas Cracker with our free pattern. This little Brick stitch charm is ideal for festive earrings or a necklace. They’re perfect to create using our Delica bead mixes, below.  

You can easily substitute your own colours too.

I decided to create a necklace by weaving a bead loop to each side and then connecting chain. You could easily make a whole string of crackers all in different colours. They’d also make fun stitch markers or wine glass charms too.

Hana made a festive pair of earrings by stitching a loop of size 13 seed beads at the top of each cracker. These will make a great addition to a Christmas outfit.  

Here is the chart for the pattern, you can substitute the different letters on the chart for your chosen colours too.

Here’s a few colour ideas. You really could do anything you wanted.
