Description
Join us for our Dichroic Glass Jewellery Workshop taught by Hana. Learn how to safely cut and layer glass to create your own dichroic glass jewellery. Your creations will be fused in our kiln and the finished pieces can be collected from the shop or posted via recorded delivery the following week.
Hana has many years of experience with glass fusing, she’ll guide you through the process, help you finesse your designs and impart lots of top tips throughout the workshop.
This technique lends itself to making all sorts of jewellery from pendants to rings, earrings and cuff links. You could even make your own cabochons for beading around. Depending on the size and intricacy of your pieces you can usually make approximately 3 – 6 pieces. You can really experiment with design and create an intricate jigsaw of interlocking small pieces of dichroic glass. Or make simple geometric striking designs.
The Dichroic Glass Jewellery Workshop is perfect for beginners and those who just want to try a new technique. You can make unique one of a kind pieces perfect to treat yourself or make as a gift.
